Five leading members of the former People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD), known as the yellow shirts, were jailed on Tuesday (February 12) for breaking into the studio of the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT) during their protest against then-premier Samak Sundaravej in 2008, and for destroying the studio’s property worth more than Bt600,000.

One Thai from Wuhan clear of coronavirus and discharged from hospital

More people suffer from mental issues after mass shooting

BANGKOK (NNT) - The mass shooting over the weekend in Nakhon Ratchasima province can have had an adverse impact on people’s mental health. According to the Department of Mental Health, 91 patients suffered high stress and nine others were in severe stress, following the incident. Meanwhile, families and relatives of the victims the bodies of their loved ones from Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital and other hospitals in the northeastern province.
