The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) said people should inspect power poles and cables near their residences before the expected arrival of a storm on March 5.

The Thai Meteorological Department has reported that a summer storm might pass through Thailand, bringing heavy rain, strong wind and hails to Bangkok tomorrow.

MEA staff are checking electrical devices on the power poles to lower the risks of accidents which might occur as the storm hits.

People are told to report broken electrical devices to the MEA via phone number 1130 or its social media channels.

These comedians are priceless.. What on earth can they accomplish in one day?

You don't understand the Thai way. They have issued a warning so have done their part and have a clear conscience if something goes wrong. They can blame someone - anyone - else. They also haven't had to actually do anything at all, except talk.
