vehicle testing station on road between on the road between the northeast corner of the old city and Tesco Lotus. Going from the NW corner, its just after the first stoplight on the left.

I did mine online with the assistance of tg.

Got everthing in the mail in a week.

Yes agree, that's how my car was done earlier this year. I like folk doing the biz for little old me.
