90 Day Report

I submitted my 90 day report online yesterday and received an email back informing me that it had been approved.

When I printed out the notification I noticed that I had made a mistake with my name, I had put my last name down

for my middle name so my report now says First Name, last name last name is permitted to stay.

I tried submitting another report with the correct names but the system would not let me.

Is this a big issue as all the other details are correct.

It apparently was not a problem since it was approved by your immigration office.

I would say you have nothing to worry about.
