WHy you should give rice away to feed your people in need?

Better keep it in storage to rot, to keep export prices higher.

Government not aware of impact of covid? Probably not or maybe very slow understanding.

However this virus really brought back world economy and many people in many countries are suffering.

I still believe this is a man made virus, developed from earlier viruses like SARS and MERS to bring down the world. It;s working quite good.
