pattayadgw Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 From reports I've had Phromthep cape is now (from today) totally locked down... just returned from Nai Harn beach (17:30 hrs) and some English speaking rentacop with all the bells whistles and flashing lights n his bike... telling anyone and everyone there to GO HOME.
