It shouldn't rely on charity it should rely on the NHS paye we have to pay for the NHS instead of some Ruperts syphoning it to waste elsewhere

I only wish, more people could do something similar.

The NHS hasn't asked for any money from outside the Gov. system, please read all the facts before spouting....????
