I have a large abundance of Soi dogs they can use. Please!!????

I live on an up-market moo-baan.  I'd like to offer some candidates whose owners are deaf to the disturbance their pampered pets inflict on other residents.

Based on what I've read it normally takes years to ensure it's safe via human trials which are slowly scaled up over time, so they've either been wasting everyones time over the decades when introducing new vaccines or there are very valid reasons behind the wait.

Yes I've also heard that it takes 5 to 10 years to develop a vaccine. It might be that they due to the COVID-19 situation might let go a little easier om side-effects and long term studies, just to get a – hopefully – fairly safe vaccine out.
