A good test ahead next Wednesday and I want to be prepared not to loose my extension. I let you know.

I entered LOS late last year via a Single Re-Entry Permit. The "Admitted Until Stamp" reads 2.4.2020 which is also the date my extension expired. The Re-Entry Permit covered a yearly Extension whose origin is a Multiple Non-O-Visa based on Marriage obtained from Savannakhet.

On 4.3.20 I applied for another yearly Marriage Extension and my "Under Consideration" stamp reads 2.5.20. Around 13.3.20 I did my 90 Day report, but did not get any slip back. Three weeks later my wife called in and was told to come back close to 2.5.20 to pick up the final Extension stamp.

Now provided IO declares my case to fall under the 2nd amnesty and tells me that 90 Day Report were also not required till the end of amnesty, should I insist that the date of the "Under Consideration" stamp needs to be changed to 31.7.20 or just leave it as it is?

Why do you think they should change  the date on your under consideration stamp. That is the day you go back to get your one year extension of stay stamp. Nothing to do with 90 day reporting or the amnesty.
