Premier League .. finish or not

Dutch League cancelled yesterday , lot of chatter the French will confirm later a ban on all sport until Sept' effectively cancelling their leagues also .. Belgium cancelled their's weeks ago with ratification to come .. But the German league are hoping to restart behind close doors next week and UEFA have given the English Prem' league 4 weeks to come up with proposals to restart if conditions improve , criteria laid down by the Government is met .. but is any form of contact sport a goer in the present climate .. If it can't resume what happens should it just be written off or should titles , promotion and relegation be decided as the tables stand ..
