How much to build in Korat 14 rental units 9 meters by 4 meters. Wife has land.?

Each with bath tiles floor tiles 7 units on groud 7 units on top.

To rent for about 1000 to 1500 a month.

Someone I know in Pattaya built 20 units like that, 3 years ago, according to him it was 4 mil baht. The land came from his wife.

Renting them for 2000B, always full. Not the greatest location but not a dump.
