Electricity bill. 7/11 said theres no charge.

Just tried to pay my electricity bill in 7/11 and they said there's no  charge this month.

Can anyone clarify the situation please ?

Yeah, they haven't worked out the COVID discount yet.

Next month they'll charge you for both months.

 

7-11 person didn't have enough English to explain it to you.

Normally they just say, "no have", when a foreigner tries to do something unexpected.

I paid mine yesterday at Family Mart. Think if it's paid they will discount it in the next bill. I hope.......

How did your consumption compare with February?

 

March, April and May bills will be capped at the February level unless you use over 800 units in which case you will get a 50% discount on those extra units above February.
