Featured Replies

For everyone that is happy wearing face masks whenever you go anywhere, when do you feel safe to not wear them again?

-When the government says so

-When new cases are zero for 14 days in your area/country

-When new cases are zero for 30 days in your area/country

-When WHO says so

-Never

-Not sure

I will wear them for some time, and will follow the laws and customs of the society I am in.

Only wear one now to be polite. So as soon as possible.

That question is out of your control if you want to get out and actually go inside places.

Markets, mall, 7-11, restaurants, etc.

Masks will probably be a requirement for a long long time quite possibly for ever..

When I feel like it.

That's the same way how I started wearing a mask. There was a time when almost anybody had one and (maybe imagined) people looked strange at you if you didn't have one. That's when I started.

I will stop wearing one if it feels normal again, and probably depending on the situation. BTS: face mask. Walk to the coffee shop: no mask needed.

I started wearing one in the lead up my to my visa run march 22, when i needed to apply for laos visa at bangkok consulate and throughout the visa run itself.

seemed only polite at the time as a i flew to nakhon panom and back.

unfortunately the thai consulate in savannakhet closed as i was en route and all i managed was a tourist entry.

it became habit afterwards.

i started wearing a mask on my bike rides after twice on one of my rides through bang lamphu someone pointed at their mask in reaction to my lack of one.

I will stop when the courtesy is no longer required.

I will continue to wear when on my m.bike, never a user before the rule came in but since I've noticed how much cleaner my throat and nose is since I've been wearing one. The mask prevents the dust and fumes getting into your throat and nose whilst out in traffic.

I will need at least another 10 links from logosone to daily mail articles

Apparently, the rate of infection goes up when people wear masks, he had

graphs p, statistics and everything ????????

As long as Muslim women can wear a hijab into the bank, I'm wearing a mask into the bank !!

Generally when I take a shower.

I will stop wearing a mask when a 20 something young lady calls me hunsum man, or when my wife lets me

Probably never. From now on when out in public I will always be using it to protect myself from others.

Can't count how many times in the last 2 to 3 years I have caught cold or flu from people coughing and sneezing in public (and it always seems to be near me) The offender does not attempt to cover or protect themselves.

Even these days some people are still coughing and not covering their mouth/nose when doing so. When I hear it unexpectedly near me now, I take off running as far as possible away.

Never worn one in Australia

Becsuse of the "only people who are sick wear them" attitude in the West...well, excluding hard hit places like NY, who rapidly changed ther mind.

When all the dirty foreigners stop coughing and sneezing.  So never ????

depends where you are at, of course.  At Immigration, inside a temple, etc...

last night at the park, i saw about 100 kids playing together.  running, football, lifting weights, music whatever.....maybe I saw 2 masks.

no cases in my province, and every day i see less people wearing masks at the market.

but if i got on a bus to bangkok, i would wear 10.

'Can't get the infections that are flying around the BTS in the coffee shop?

Social distancing works in Australia, plus the threat of hefty fines. IMO masks found favor here because getting Thais to social distance is like trying to herd cats.

Where is he anyhow?
did you hear that a study conducted in 30 countries............!!

At least he is entertaining.

When I'm in my condo, my car or on the golf course. Otherwise, when thai shops and other organisations don't require them anymore.

When shops and bars say i can get in without one.

You do realise that wearing a mask does absolutely nothing to protect YOU from catching a virus?
