"After Biden withdrew from the race, it came to light that he had indeed correctly credited Kinnock on other occasions. However, in the Iowa speech that was recorded and distributed to reporters (with a parallel video of Kinnock) by aides to Michael Dukakis, the eventual nominee, he failed to do so". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Biden_1988_presidential_campaign

BTW this was all in 1987 so not exactly current character stuff!

It seems odd to me that your argument is to confirm Biden's plagiarism.

Had Trump said the opposite this thread, IMO, would be full of outraged anti Trumpers telling us how racist he is. So far nothing on those lines. Perhaps it depends on which way one votes as to how ra

  • All Biden has to do to win in November is KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT! I guess he's not capable of even that little thing. SMH!

  • Is Biden secretly working for Trump?   Trump 2020 guaranteed!

Wow, so you're conceding Biden's only accomplishment is he's not Donald Trump. I have no doubt that will play well with people who already hate Trump. That's about it. Will end up a net loss for Biden.

Really? Tell me about some of his accomplishments.

Of course, you have another problem. Joe Biden. Doesn't even know what planet he's on. Can't draw a crowd.

They are saying Biden is preferable to Trump just because he's not Trump. Their problem is that they don't have anyway to say he a "good" candidate, IMO.

It will once again come down to the electoral college to defeat him, and thank goodness for that. The founding fathers knew what they were doing when they added that.

UPDATE TO STORY

Joe Biden now blames black man for Biden's racist remarks aimed at black people!

'He was being a wise guy, and I responded in kind'

OK, so since a black man is being a wise guy, Joe Biden's response is to make a racist comment against black people. WOW. And he just admitted he was led around by an obscure radio personality. Wow, Joe Biden is quite the leader. Yeah, Biden is who we want as president of the US.

I wonder just how long Joe Biden intends to keep this story alive and worse for him...

It was an oversight that he did not formally attribute the quote, which he had done on a previous occasion. So very different from trying to plagiarize and claim ownership alone which is shifty and underhand, everyone makes mistakes do they not. It seems odd that you could not work that out for yourself by reading the excerpt that I posted and that you wanted to repeat and press the point.

Yes, we agree it was plagiarism. I truly do not understand why you want to belabor the point.

Biden commited plagiarism. Trump defrauded his fellow citizens out of 25 million dollars. He also used charitable funds to benefit himself. Ivanka was his co-conspirator in one of those scams.

Tell me about this fraud conviction. You've never paid losers to go away? Wait a minute, I should really consider which side of the equation..... never mind. Carry on. May I suggest you read metisdead's post on what the topic of this thread is?

Actually, Trump claimed he never had stepped away from such a fight (which was a lie) and never would (which was another). We do know that he has launched many lawsuits against journalists and such and has lost them all.

What does that have to do with Joe Biden being a racist?

What does plagiarism have to do with Joe Biden being a racist? Only you get to wander off the path?

You're right. Let's stick to the topic. Joe Biden thinks he knows better than black people as to who's black. Do you agree with him? And how about him blaming a black man for his statement? Do you also blame the black man?

You omitted part of Crazy Alex's post. You must have read it, so why did you take no notice and continue to post off topic?

I was going to say the same thing.  We went from talking about Biden talking about black folk, to Trump.  WTH?
