Trump will win, but why cannot either of these parties find a younger candidate?

Out of 300 million people:  One obese mostly insane.  The other cannot put a sentence together and is border dementia.  Lucky if either of them last 4 years.

These old men are well, just getting old.

Had Trump said the opposite this thread, IMO, would be full of outraged anti Trumpers telling us how racist he is. So far nothing on those lines. Perhaps it depends on which way one votes as to how ra

Pointing out hypocrisy and expressing deeply felt concern is not hurling insults, agreed?

The actual "news story trigger" that occurred on May 22nd in America was:

"In an interview with the Breakfast Club on Friday, the presumptive Democratic nominee ended his interview with host Charlemagne the God by saying: “If you have problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” Mr. Biden said."

Thank you for confirming that.

While Biden apologizes for a comment made in jest, Donald and company are making money off the statement. You can now purchase a $30 "You Ain't Black" T-shirt right off of Donald's web site.

Trump campaign launches 'You Ain't Black' website amid Biden controversy

Quote

President Trump’s 2020 campaign has quickly created a new website as part of efforts to capitalize on a controversy that has engulfed Democratic rival Joe Biden -- after the former vice president said that black Americans who have a hard time “figuring out” whether to support him or Trump “ain’t black.”

Now who  is taken advantage of who for political purposes?

Trump supporters sure are an angry mob.

If you had to walk the tight rope of trying to blame everything that Trump has done wrong the last 3.5 years on somebody else (anybody else they can possibly think of), try and ignore his toilet tweeting 3am rantings because they are simply embarrassing the country, know that to win the upcoming election you have to influence the undecided vote when you thrive on division and not unity and have portrayed those very undecideds in the ugliest light possible because they were not on the MAGA bandwagon from day one (and\or try and suppress those people from voting in the midst of a 100 year pandemic event that has killed 100K by Memorial Day in 2 months)...and most of all when you know that he lies about everything he can and you are the ones that have to defend it everyday because that is the tribe you chose and you have to be loyal to save face...you would be angry too.

It really is true that if you look at what the Democrats accuse you of you can see what they are doing.

Democrats taking the black vote for granted again. Biden is a liability. These deeply held and ingrained views are supposed to remain behind locked doors, if they don't want to spook the electorate. They are just so toxic on every level, who will be voting for this band of merry misfits in November?

I don't think the millennial black voter knows this particular dem style of campaigning, especially  of portraying blacks as victims and that they must vote for dems! The days of "their gonna throw you all in chains" racist comments are over . But for this guy, I don't know, apparently he hasn't changed his  insane and stupid comments and that was made 8 years ago!

Well, who can forget Donald's "my African American" that left the GOP.

Why the man Trump once called ‘my African American’ is leaving the GOP

Gregory Cheadle, the black man President Donald Trump once described at a rally as “my African American,” is fed up.

After two years of frustration with the president’s rhetoric on race and the lack of diversity in the administration, Cheadle told PBS NewsHour he has decided to leave the Republican party and run for a seat in the U.S. House of Representative as an independent in 2020.

Not to mention she's on the short list to be Biden's VP. But I'm kind of hoping that it'll be Val Demings.

I like his comment. I am sure it was said in jest, and was referring more to the black culture, than the individual. After all, why would a black man vote for Trump? He is well known to despise people of color.

More frankness is needed in political discourse. And the PC crowd is going to jump on anything these days. Joe should just ignore them. They are weak, and pathetic. Always some issue to get upset about. Means nothing.

Plenty of black people from across the political spectrum don't think Biden was kidding. And in context of previous remarks, there is certainly cause for people to feel the same way.

In fact, the NAACP just came down on him like the wrath of God.  ha ha ha

I have friends I have talked to for 30 years in private conversations, and even then they have never said anything remotely as offensive as what these guys say in public. And, these are the people we choose to lead the country. It is unbearable.

According to Joe Biden black folk who are "undecided" ain't really black...

Well,  I guess he means ny wife really is  lack then.... cause she has BEEN decided....  back in 2008,  she "decided" that Obama/Biden were absolutely bad for our country,   and she was right.

Almost all of her family members liked Obama "because he was black" ..... but over time, some if them have started waking up and thinking for themselves.....  and guess what... the Democrats lose a other vote.

The only black people I have heard speak out to date, are those hired by Fox news. Most others know it was said in jest, and really like the man.
