Yes

Not being an American, to my mind shooting unarmed civilians presenting no threat to life doesn't stack up against the Oath of Allegiance.

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all,"

Anyone notice how the White CNN Crew members were left alone, while the Black Guy was arrested, and taken away.

Anyone notice how you made a completely false statement?...

"...led him and three crew members away in handcuffs".

To be fair it probably wasn't intentional of him to lie.    As it is common for people who are demoralized and suffer anxiety to fabricate their reality as this is less painful for them  then confronting facts.

You could be right, perhaps it was just his intention not to read the highlighted first paragraph of the OP!

Which makes it  just fine to go  out and smash the place up and steal anything you  like. Let's  face it many of the protesters are the lowest form of  life.

...from what i can see on the news, the majority of people on the street are not rioters and looters.

Rubbish, they wanted to get arrested, to manipulate useful idiots.  They repeatedly ignore officer directions to move.

If that is so, then when arrested, the reason of failing to follow a lawful police order should have been stated as the reason for being arrested. Being arrested for know reason, I think leaves the Police Department and Municipality open for being sued for wrongful (false) arrest.

Na, no one was injured. Embarrassment. Possible damages from the municipal insurance company. Stain on the record but a screwup. Mandatory re-training ...

They finally arrested the murderer cop Chauvin, Why was he only charged with third degree murder? He was intentionally trying to choke Floyd to death.

The exact statutory definition of third-degree murder is "the unlawful killing of a human being, when perpetrated without any design to effect death, by a person engaged in the perpetration of, or in the attempt to perpetrate, any felony other than" nineteen enumerated categories of felonies.

Without any design to effect death? Huh? A 6 year old can see his intentions from the videos.  Second, it was only alleged he was trying to use a counterfeit bill. Is that just presumed to be a felony? Did the grocer have an ax to grind here? Can he be charged for a crime?

Didn't even steal that one but will definitely work it in again at every opportunity.  Hopefully gets some traction.

I just watched the video of the arrest of the news crew.

The kind of thing we might expect in nations run by dictators, now at home in Trump’s USA.

A direct attack on the first Amendment.

Utterly disgusting.

"Trump's USA".

Couldn't resist having a dig, could you, Chomps! But I agree the attack was disgusting.

Minnesota is one of the more woke places in the entire USA. It's the Sweden of America. So it is laughable when they try to pin it on conservatives.

Hillary Clinton won Minnesota by about 1.5 % of the vote.

For theft? Surely only if a looters actions are causing an immediate threat to life.

In many states, it is legal to use deadly force to protect property. Protecting one's livelihood certainly applies. To think a business owner has no choice but to sit and watch thugs destroy his life and livelihood without using deadly force is obscene.

That’s true, and it’s also true that the thug in a Police uniform has been arrested and charged with murder.

While we have yet to hear what befalls the thugs in Police uniforms who arrested the news crew.

Yep, I'm glad the thug who murdered the suspect has been charged.

On what evidence do you say the cop(s) who arrested the CNN crew are thugs?
