Just another example of this administrations courruption and attack on the rule of law can we all say banna republic

This is just one of many.  Trump is corrupt in so many ways, the public hasn't heard the half of it.  His entire foreign policy stinks of corruption.  John Bolton's book is expected to reveal quite a bit.  I hope he's not teasing us.  Due out 23 June.

[Donald Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton is set to claim in a bombshell book that the president has committed “Ukraine-like transgressions” across his entire foreign policy, far beyond the alleged misconduct he was impeached for.]

  • Flynn deceived into a crooked perjury trap is the gross abuse of power here.

  • Before spouting such nonsense, try reading Judge Gleeson's report, if you are able. Here is a link to the report: https://pacer-documents.s3.amazonaws.com/36/191591/04517871052.pdf

  • So far only Trump supporters think so, the independent judiciary thinks differently.

I wonder what he said when James Comey  indicated that Hillary would not be prosecuted since NO REASONABLE PROSECUTOR WOULD BRING THE CASE.
I guess that retired judge had no problem in Comey as head of the FBI not only exonerating her, but by making the assertion usurped an authority that did not belong to him.  The FBI investigates. The Justice Department after hearing the evidence is the proprietorial arm of the government who makes the decisions who gets prosecuted.

The case against Flynn given the evidence that at the very least his Miranda rights were violated, and that exculpatory evidence was withheld would warrant the case being tossed out of court.

He probably would have agreed with Comey.  I'm not aware of anyone ever being prosecuted for unintentional disclosure of classified information.

Just another example of the left eagerly willing to believe something, whether true or not, because it corresponds with their narrative. Why so eager to believe Bolton over everyone else involved before even reading what he has allegedly written? The left attack anyone who is Republican and then treat them like the messiah when it suits their agenda. Most posts in this thread show a total lack of understanding as to what really happened with Flynn due to media disinformation. Flynn was set up by rogue elements in the FBI, accused of lying about something he didn't lie about (the FBI agents who interviewed him reported that they didn't believe he was lying when they interviewed him). And then he was coerced into admitting to lying in order to protect his son who they threatened. It was disgraceful what the FBI did and when the evidence came to light the case was dropped. The partisan judge in the case has no legal standing to do what he is doing as the Supreme Court already ruled on this type of action beforehand. People who are anti Trump only support this type of tyranny because it involves Trump or someone connected with Trump. If it were the other way around, there would be torches and pitchforks at dawn. Just more leftist hypocrisy.
