rooster59 Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 Former navy man points gun at head of local official over splitting up the bill Image: Daily News Investigations into an incident in a downtown restaurant in Chaiyaphum in Thailand's north east continued with a second summons for a former warrant officer who pulled a gun on a local municipal official. Daily News said that it was in relation to a disagreement about splitting the bill. Earlier Uthan, 42, went to Muang district police to say that Methat,49, had pointed a 9 mm gun at his head then slapped him. Pol Col Wattanachai Janthathum of the Muang district police confirmed that one summons had been issued for a Sat Yai sub-district official. If a second summons does not meet with a response then the law will take its course.
