A naive question but ny non immigrant B expires on the 24th of this month, if I leave Thailand on the 26th and come back immediately will I only be faced with an overstay fine or could I be rejected entry back into Thailand?

Thanks,

J.

As you seem to have some kind of connection to Thailand on a B visa and planning to return it would not be advisable to take a chance. Leave before you become overstay or obtain an extension to cover you. One piece of bad luck could end any future you are planning. Why play Russian Roulette?

Don't mess with Immigration. The deck is stacked in their favor. 1900 baht extension fee isn't a lot to pay for peace of mind.
