A non Thai cannot be a tour guide. Your wife can be one. Be creative

You're not suggesting someone break the law, are you Dr. Patpong? Didn't I get my account suspended for supposedly doing that? All I did was tell someone the law on people with HIV visiting Thailand is unclear, so come anyway and don't worry...

You could be a 'friend' simply travelling with other friends. Your website doesn't have to say anything explicitly about money. And if you're really paranoid, payment can be made to an account back home.
