The trouble is food poisoning is much easier to trace and investigate, by definition is the responsibility of the prison authorities, and, bearing in mind it is a prison environment, would need to be inflicted upon, and possibly kill, a significant number of other inmates.

Any other considerations, such as moral/immoral, legal/illegal, is purely defined by your religion, culture and geographical location.

Personally, I like the Islamic definition, which is married = legal, unmarried = illegal (and adultery = death).

I'd be entirely happy if the entire world was forced to live under that definition, which covers all situations.

 

And before anyone accuses me of anything, the youngest woman I ever had sex with was 19 in the UK.

I see absolutely no reason to define the morality of the situation by the relative ages of the two people concerned.
