Hunchback, Kyphosis, Forward Head Posture

Featured Replies

30 years of computer work has left me a bit damaged.  Its not terrible, but its also not good.

Any ideas here for someone who can help?  I was thinking massage?  Or?

Exercise - neck, shoulders, stomach muscles, glut muscles - stretching ... 3 times a day.

In 10 years all will be well.

Thanks.  Was wondering if there is any good massage for helping this...

Does anyone have a solution that might be 10 months instead of 10 years?  LOL

Neurosurgeon to clean the cervical area up through surgery. Worked wonders for me and only a triple fusion was needed and all the bone spurs removed. But then maybe your not in that much pain. MRI is needed to see all the damage.

There's some muscle targeting workouts on YT. Look up "nerd neck" posture and you'll see. If you target the right areas, you can correct it within 10-12 mos, if you stick to it. Tends to be a tall person's ailment.

Luckily I am basically pain free.
