There is no requirement for the child to be under 20 when applying for a 12 month extension as the parent.

I just allied of take car of this national child. Because if get divorce the wife has argument to put pressure.

 

Beside that take of child also has some other unwritten advantages.

Things go smother then when I had non-o based on marriage.

 

Also did register at the land office that Iam allowed to live at the land and use it until i naturaly die. Costs just 300 thb and solves the problems you read around here as well prevents that the land is tranferred with out that you know about it.

 

I recommend based on the unwritten differecnes i have encountered with the non-o visa based on marriage and the non- visa based on take care of thia national child to apply for the non- o nased on your child.
