berybert
Managed to do my 90 day report online today, the last day I could have done it. Why so close, Immigration website was shut for maintenance between 16 - 22 July. Done and accepted within an hour. The new look website is awful. ubonjoe
Only the apps were down. The website for online reporting was never shutdown.

It wouldn't let me past the first page when I tried last week. So it wasn't working properly.
Misab
If they wouldn't let you pass the first page you properly made mistake somewhere
Sambotte
As far as i remember this as never worked properly 100% all the time. 90 days report is : - Totally useless : immigration has your address (everytime you move in a hotel, a condo, etc.), and borders knows if you are in the country - At immigration office : waste of time to just write "hello i'm here" - Online : not 100% working after YEARS 90 days report is a very annoying bureaucratic useless nonsense.

Maybe, and just got lucky today.

OneeyedJohn
First page is merely a scroll down, tick a box and click the 'accept' button. How can anyone make a mistake?

You would be surprised how many struggle with that step, had to show a neighbour. 1
Mutt Daeng
If you use this link https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm it bypasses accepting the terms and conditions page Edited July 23, 2020 by Mutt Daeng

However both systems are typical of what happens when end users don't (want to) get involved at both ends of the development process (Use case design and testing). This is consistent with what we know: IOs won't buy in as they might lose income if effective IT solutions are deployed, and more importantly I can't imagine TI recruiting a group of foreigners (end users) to contribute to the project.
