So this story is real from who telling? Thai police or people who get arrested? Story is different from who is telling that one! Even police here are , not so understanding people, they not arrest normal people coz have late dinner! If they not violate nothing law, police not come your house just to take you away! Even when had curfew time! Its easy to say it's other fold that im in prison! Im innocent! Who actualy say "yeah i take yaba whit my wife and we get arested"!

Its harsh, but rules are rules and where do you draw the line ?

The rules were 10 PM and inside your house .

10 20 PM and outside your house breaks the rules and action needed to be taken

I very much doubt that the rules stated you could not be outside your house, when still on your private property.

 

Then I also very much doubt the accuracy of the story.
