When the 'real deal' law and order President Biden take office, criminal referrals on Don Jr. Kushner, Bannon and 2 other cronies will be investigated. These criminal referrals were about Russian interference in the 2016 election called on by the Rep. lead senate intelligence committee. This criminal investigation was initially carried out by the District of Columbia prosecutors lead by AG Jessie Liu. Barr yanked her out of office and put a crony Timothy Shea to replace her and since then sat on those cases doing nothing. Now that the senate intelligence committee has concluded that these referrals will need to be investigated, there is hope that Trump's corrupt family will soon spend jail time. Good riddance.

Good analysis.  Regarding the Bannon pardon thing, Trump may not be as eager to pardon Bannon.  The Wolf thing for sure, but the fact that Bannon wasn't shy about taking credit for Trump's surprise victory in 2016.  Some have said that Bannon was like a puppeteer to Trump being his puppet.  We know that Trump doesn't take kindly to someone else hogging the limelight.
