Aforek Posted September 5, 2020 Share Posted September 5, 2020 Hello, for the first time in ten years, I am not happy with a purchase from Lazada from the picture, I should have receive two items, but I got only one; presentation of Lazada let think there are two items , I just want to tell them, because I think this is neglicence on their part, not false advertising do you have an e mail to point ou to them ? Log on to your account, select 'my orders' and then click on the order itself. Then click 'manage' followed by 'return'. Follow the instructions for returning the item. If you're disappointed, you simply return it within 7 days, no questions asked. If you want to contact them, you click on customer care / contact us / chat with lazada. ecosouq Posted September 6, 2020 Share Posted September 6, 2020 i have an experience on returning an item first contact the seller for change or fund then seller will send you a print out with a label for return item the location where to return will be given the amount will be in your Lazada wallet to use it in another purchase.
