How to contact Lazada ?

Hello, for the first time in ten years, I am not happy with a purchase from Lazada 

from the picture, I should have receive two items, but I got only one; presentation of Lazada let think there are two items , I just want to tell them, 

because I think this is neglicence on their part, not false advertising 

do you have an e mail to point ou to them ? I just have e mail with " no answer " 

thanks

You don't look at the picture to know what you get, but you look at the details, and at the bottom of those details it will say " what's in the box".

 

If you're disappointed, you simply return it within 7 days, no questions asked.

 

If you want to contact them, you click on customer care / contact us / chat with lazada. It works really well.

The phone number of the help line is visible in my screenshot, though I suggest to use chat as it is faster and cost nothing.

Returns are free of charge, if they are within the 7 day return. Refunds are deposited in your wallet, and from there you can withdraw to your bank account

i have an experience on returning  an item

 first contact the seller for change or fund

then seller will send you a print out with a label for return item

the location where to return will be given 

the amount will be in your Lazada wallet to use it in another purchase.

Not totally correct. Return form is available if you check Customer Care tab. Heaps of info there.
