90 days report

Featured Replies

i just got my 1 years extension 2 weeks ago, regarding to 90 days reporting, do i have to figure out the date i'm suppose to do the 90 days report on my own? 15 days before 90 days is up.

on the immigration website said that you cannot do online report if this was your first time, for mail in 90 days report what address do i use, do i use the address on the website

At some immigration offices they reset the date for the first 90 days report when doing the first 1 year extension. It means the date of the application + 89 days until the first report. At some offices you count from the last entry stamp. Now during the "amnesty", the answer is not so easy. Normally in person you can do it 15 days before the due date and 7 days after, counting from the due date. By mail not later than 15 days before the due date, and send it using EMS. Use the address on the official website. What immigration office are we talking about?

can i just count from the date IO stamp my 1 year extension, for example the extension was approved on 18 August 2020 to 26 Sept 2021, so 90 day from 18 August minus 14 day before 90 days.

was approved from Prachuap Khiri Khan (Hua Hin) Immigration Office, but i since move to Bangkok and now living in Bangkok
