I usually drop into the CW offices four weeks before my current Non-O visa expires. If I arrive at opening time, then I am always finished before lunch.

This year I am unsure if I can just drop in as usual or if there is a requirement to book in advance. Can someone please provide me with some relevant info.

Thanks!

Is your extension based on retirement.

You can still just rock up however I just made an appointment for next week. It's very easy process. They confirm your booking instantly.

Info for anyone using booking, if you need to change you booking, you just make a new one and during that process at some point there is message on screen (in Thai/) asking if you wish to continue. When continue your previous booking is cancelled.

I think you cannot use booking system for extension marriage. Someone can confirm

No requirement to book an appt as far as I know, but if the type of service/product you need is one you can book an appt for it should save you time by having an appt as you get to avoid the uncertainty of the queue.  If you are applying to renew your retirement extension of stay that is a service you can book an appt for....but say you are applying to renew a marriage extension of stay that can not be booked--you just have to show up.  All depends on what you need to do at CW.
