There are likely others. And this does not take into account the 3,600 lawsuits he was involved in as of the time he took office, the vast majority of which were filed by small contractors against his companies for non payment, or total default. Many of these contractors were crushed. It is part of his M.O. 

 

Nearly anything with his name on it, and his association with it, fails. And that will be even more so, after he loses the November 3rd election. His name will remain radioactive, the the rest of his life, and the mini empire will continue to dwindle. During the period from 1985 to 1989, three years of which were boom year in NY real estate, he somehow managed to lose $359 million. Between 1990 and 1991 he lost $517 million. And between 1992 and 1995 he again managed to lose $286 million. 

 

The real irony of his whole persona, is that he cannot negotiate his way out of a paper bag, much less negotiate a treaty with an adversary, which makes him very dangerous. There is a very good chance his tax returns will reveal massive bank fraud. And he could be facing prison time, once he is ingloriously ushered out of the White House in January (possible by US Marshalls, should he resist).

I am well aware of the genesis of the Russia investigation. It would have been a gross dereliction of duty NOT to pursue it, and as the SSCI report indicated---remember SSCI is chaired by Repubs---there was plenty of 'there' there. There was active cooperation between 45's campaign and Russian operatives. For example, as was highlighted in the 1000+ page SSCI report, Campaign Manager Paul Manafort gave GRU asset Konstantin Kilimnik internal polling data from the campaign that was subsequently used by the Internet Research Agency (a GRU entity in St Pete) to microtarget voters in swing States with made-up stories about everything from "Uranium One" to HRC's health.

 

As became clear during the roger stone trial, stone was aware of what was hacked from the DNC and Podesta, then given to Wikileaks, and 45's campaign knew what was going to be released and when, as 45 regularly touted what was going to come next.

 

Now that 45 has installed 'his people' in positions for which they are woefully unqualified, his DNI ratcliffe is cherry-picking intel so as to intentionally obfuscate reality.

 

After 45 likely loses 3 Nov, and is replaced on 20 Jan 2021, real professionals will take over at DNI and likely issue a much more full and damning report of what the SSCI report had to redact.
