All this malarky is getting like a game of snakes and ladders now.

The majority of other countries are not exactly thinking of tourism as the number 1 priority at this time.

Makes you really wonder if Thailand has been massively downplaying the % that foreigners contribute to the Thai GDP...

be it through tourism or all the other trickle down effects of foriegn currency being injected into the country.

@pookondee a lot of countries are already open for tourism tho

Malarky.

You're not a doctor, and many doctors agree that the vaccine should be effective.  You need to get off prison planet.com

IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE FROM....If you follow testing requirements of a negative test prior to flight...and testing negative again when you arrive in Thailand... ALL AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE....the odds of you having the virus is slim to none.   AND THEN MANY PEOPLE WILL SPEND MONEY IN THAILAND AGAIN.

Their time & efforts would be better spent focusing on those that want to come back (still leaving at 14 days quarantine).

At present running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

There are enough people that have had or still have long term visas, have money already in Thailand, own or long term rental

accommodation & would be easy to manage along with spending once back

all true and very obvious, other countries seem to manage it...

They got some folk from Guinea to do this estimating stuff with ..

That may well be the case but a recent survey of the government discovered that 12 out of every 10 of them were totally useless at maths.
