Not as such, but they do place their bets in the markets, mostly hedging currencies. Sorry, can't post a link to the original article. The author presents a fairly convincing argument the bets are on Biden.

He told us how he was "surprised" when he drove around American towns before the 2016 election at how many lawn signs there were for Trump when all the polls were giving a sure victory for HRC. When he spoke to people they were all for Trump.
