Yes, it's one big deep state conspiracy. Only in alt right circles did biden lose the debate (only 1 since Trump was afraid for the second one), Trump's account wasn't restricted.

I tried to dig up some information on the 2 reporters who wrote the story. I couldn't find any evidence that either of them had any experience doing investigative reporting. It seems that they just accepted what Giuliani gave them and reported it as factual. It is to laugh.
