It seem to me that everything Thai "engineers" construct eventually blows up or malfunction in other ways.

Do they even have a legit Engineer Degree from a university.

Maybe they have from a Thai university, but how do you like to qualify the Thai university?

My condolences to the families of the dead & injured. That said pipelines do not explode by themselves. Therefore either the work permit, method statement or the risk assessment wasn’t adhered to somebody somehow caused this accident.

What is a risk assessment, method statement and work permit in Thailand?

Probably all "written" on small pieces of paper with a picture of someone important on.

Headline says "Kills 3 amd injures 28"

Yet from the article underneath:-

"Samut Prakan residents witnessed a blazing inferno when a gas pipe allegedly exploded in an industrial estate in Bang Bo district on Thursday. No casualties or injuries were reported as of press time."

Poor maintenance or poor management.....?

Inappropriate speculation, but Thai bashing is seen as quite acceptable to the majority, justified or not.
