The problem with America isn't just Trump.  It's his supporters as well.  I can't wait until after 3 Nov when we rid ourselves of this toxic waste.

   This is a survey about who posters think will win the election, it isnt a survey about who they want to win it

Not that you really care but it would be Congress.

It would fall under the Foreign Emoluments Clause -  Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution., but since we can't get Trumps tax returns after 4 years of promising to show them, it's highly unlikely he was ever going to mention having a bank account in China.

Even if you hate Trump (I think he's a child), the threat to our republic should be of paramount concern. A 100% biased MSM is not conducive with a free society...

That states that the bank accounts were in a Companies name and not his, so he wasnt required to declare them
