Agreed, but don't hold your breath as it aint gonna happen (sterilization) in any numbers any time soon.

And taking care of bar girls (giving them some alternatives/options) aint gonna happen either.

It's not in the peoples make up to solve problems. Identify them yes (and talk lots about the problems) but deal with and resolve the urgent issues is just not going to happen.

The problems in the south are a fine example. They have been <deleted> about for months (years in fact) and today it is worse than it has ever been.
