poppysdad
I'm far from the first in a failed Thai/Falang relationship, we only went through the buddhist ceremony so not married as such and been together in excess of well over 2 years. a couple of months ago I discovered shed been carrying on with another Thai man and helping herself to my money when I wasn't looking. I confronted her on it to which she readily confessed and I told her we were finished and she has to move out. She spent the next few hours crying, wailing, kissing my feet etc until I got stressed out by it all and slept with help of an aspirin, woke up to find her still there and 2 months on she's still here. I no longer love her, I've told her so many times and that she has to move out to which she simply gets me another beer, cleans the house, does the laundry etc as if trying to get me to change my mind. I won't nor want to and indeed have become friendly with another Thai lady and want to move on with my life but cannot. Im basically a decent guy who finds it difficult to become nasty so how can I get this lady to move out, she caused the problem with her cheating on me, and yes I think she genuinely still loves me but I no longer trust her or want her. She does have a family home she could go back to but her life would be returning to a very basic one and she's had a taste of the good life. Must be many out there had a similar problem so how did you get her to move out.

Entirely normal, learn to live with it or learn to live without Thai women. 2. Only yourself to blame, keep your money locked away, never carry more than you need for the day. 3. Sounds perfect to me, how's the sex? 4. I moved home, no advance notice, no forwarding address, left her to pay the outstanding bills. Popular Post Lacessit
Have not been in that situation. Having said that, first thing I would do is turn off the money tap. Buy your food and beer yourself, don't give her a single baht. 13

He will listen to both sides and give an opinion and suggestion for a way forward. If he says she should leave, she probably would? 4 3 1 4

ezzra
It is indeed a pickle of as situation but not uncommon though, money usually solves such issues and a big chunk of it and not peanuts, should you choose to go down that path make sure it's done properly with witness and a written agreement between you and her.. Good luck mate... 1

Popular Post johnray
I don't see the difference between a cheating woman that does your laundry and an honest woman. So you get rid of her and now what? Find a new girl. 3
Popular Post khunkarl
Dude if she carried on with a Thai man she never loved you in the first place. And she's still playing you, and you are allowing it. Just grow a pair and get her out. Be firm but nice. If it's easier you pack up and leave, maybe she'll help you do the packing.

Going to the police would be the last resort. Unless she is being abusive or aggressive. And there is a risk she would become the above if she looses face. And he would stand out as a coward farang. Tell the landlord or friends or whatever but leave the police out of it. 2
Popular Post poppysdad
What a callous bunch some of you are, serves me right I suppose for asking. However kindness and patience seems to have paid off as just a short time ago she agreed to move out so long as I will pay her rental costs until she finds work to which I've agreed to do and I genuinely wish her well. 7 2

Tell the landlord or friends or whatever but leave the police out of it. Hence my comment that they will deal with any problems later down the line What is the Landlord going to do? It's up to the OP get her out - even if the OP talks to his landlord his GF will just tell them a sob story to gain sympathy What are his or indeed her friends going to do? If she won't listen to the OP she isn't going to listen to his friends is she? Her friends will just tell her to stay Police is the best option - they are the only people she will listen to and they will be there later if she causes any issues

So, she cheated on you, stole your money and now you are paying her rent ??? The guys you are calling callous are not really callous they are just not prepared to be a door-mat. Paying rental costs for someone who has cheated on you and stolen money from you? I did have sympathy for you OP but i'm afraid you deserve what you get - she has and is taking the pee out of you and you are letting her do so 13

Popular Post OneMoreFarang
It seems the best way to get rid of one Thai woman is to make it 100% clear that you have a new one. Invite your new friend to your house and ignore the old wife. Obviously that is not the nice way. But it seems some, or maybe many, Thai women think a guy will only leave one woman if he has another one. The concept that he just leaves her without having another woman does not exist. So make sure she understands clearly that you have another one - even if they new one is only temporally.

Popular Post BobBKK
Jeeze... anyway no matter what folk say about your softness (true I'm afraid) I would agree to a fairly small sum in full and final settlement - no open ended 'until I find a job'. Get it agreed and signed - 30,000 should do it. 5
