Non-imm O W/ No Thai Id

Featured Replies

I am applying for my non imm O and my wifes Thai ID is expired but

has her valid Thai passport, will this suffice?

One of the requirements is to send Thai ID for visa.

Also can she apply for Thai ID from US?

Thanks very much, appreciate!

Nam

If you don't get an answer from someone who has recently 'been there, done that' suggest you or wife phone Embassy and ask them. They have a web site with contact information. I suspect a copy of passport would be enough but can only guess.

Thanks Lopburi, she already asked and Somchai said "Me no no, you can try".

Her passport and marriage certificate will suffice. She cannot get a new ID card abroad.
