search on here, i few treads are on here, some timings and recipes. cook ie stages ie 5 mins at 140 til you get the hang of it, reheat kfc 5 mins on 160, pork chop 140 5-10 minutes,

The icons at the top self explanatory presets for specific foods..the arrows at the bottom would likely be to adjust temperature and time for cooking

Been a man I never read the instruction leaflets on anything ,anyway.????

could not read the ones for my Air Fryer as they came in Spanish !

left buttons - timer up and down, right buttons - temp up and down, middle button on bottom - preset temp for fries, chicken etc, middle button top - power on off
