2021 public holidays cut to 21 but will see many long weekends

The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training has released the holiday dates for 2021. They are as follows:

 
1 Jan. 1 International New Year (Friday)
  1. Jan 7. Victory over Genocide Day (Thursday)
  2. Mar. 8 International Women Day (Monday)
  3. April 14-16 Khmer New Year (Wednesday to Friday)
  4. April 26 Visakh Bochea Day (Monday)
  5. April 30 Royal Ploughing Ceremony (Friday)
  6. May 1 Labor Day (Saturday)
  7. May 14 King Father’s Birthday (Friday)
  8. June 18 Queen Mother’s Birthday (Friday)

10.Sep. 24 Constitution Day (Friday)

 

11, Oct. 5-7 Pchum Ben (Tuesday to Thursday)

  1. Oct. 15 Commemoration Day of King’s Father (Monday)
  2. Oct. 29 King’s Coronation Day, Norodom Sihamoni (Friday)
  3. Nov. 9. Independence Day (Tuesday)
  4. Nov 18-20 Water Festival (Thursday to Saturday)

Stay home 5 days around those dates.

Be safest with new 120kph (150kph lol) speed limit being introduced.

Note them if you like but leave room for Thailands dates too.
