I have no problem with links but will not do your research for you as I have other calls on my time.

There are several videos reporting more information which, any one who accepts the scientific process will understand, modify the information in that report.

Noted. But until I've seen the "information which, any one who accepts the scientific process will understand, modify the information in that report";

I'll stick with what I've seen published by more reliable sources than a guy on an internet forum who's got plenty of time to post opinions, but no time to back them up with factual links.

Which vaccine can be stored in a normal fridge ?  I really hope they do not try to get the Pfizer vaccine that must be stored at minus 70 degrees Celsius!

That would be a bit chilly, no? But aren't you Scandinavian?

Not to worry. Thailand's surely going mostly for the cheap solution of the questionable AstraZeneca developed in some other Third World country. Better than nothing, I guess, or the Chinese or Soviet offerings. Me, I'll go first class with the Pfizer or Moderna if I can get it, thank you. ????

As my information is drawn from peer reviewed medical documents and government health publications  collated by a specialist teaching Dr. Where the conclusions can be checked with the original documents if there is anything that needs further information, I trust that information far more than your claimed sources. Specially as there little evidence or no of a stage 3 trial with a 2 week interval. The test data for Moderna is from 25 days to 35 days and Pfizer 19 to 35 days. So either you misunderstood or have taken ridiculous liberties with the truth as neither of those are 14 days and the data is strongly suggesting that the longer interval provides greater protection.

U. K. Physicians are suggesting 3 to 4 weeks for those 2 and many will provide the second dose at those times if requested.

the govt is stating that a 2nd dose may not be given or up to 3 mnths later, this is the problem,if its given after 2 weeks thats great as a gap of at least 2 weeks is needed, the data clearly shows that, its the 1st part of the govts actions that is clearly mistaken and the uk drs association clearly states they dont agree neither do most GPs and if surgeries have to cancel or change thousands of appts all their time will be spent doing that. not their actual jobs, its that simple.

In view of the Indian government imposition of an indefinite ban on the export of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine it seems appropriate for that nice Mr Anutin to issue a statement identifying the source of the Thai purchases of this vaccine. It would be most disconcerting if India was the source and indeed would completely derail the whole Thai plan for protection of the general population if this is the case.

Over to you Mr Anutin! Thailand awaits you.

India is manufacturing the AZ jab just like Thailand is going to.  And they are offering it to the private market.

Covid vaccines will be available for private purchase in India

Manufacturer says shot will be for sale for $8, raising likelihood of secondary market

2 million? And how many need to be vaccinated? 70 million? A bit short. Must be holding off until Thailand produces a vaccine so profit can be made

Any country will be lucky to get 80% of their population jabbed.  Some can't take it, others (sadly) will refuse.

Still a bit short wouldn't you say?

The difference being that India is manufacturing it now, and Thailand is talking about manufacturing it sometime in May or June.

I'm no expert, but I would think AZ has reps monitoring the manufacturing process in both countries.  Seems India was just a step ahead of Thailand?

It doesn't matter where they buy it from, BioNTech, Moderna, or AstraZeneca, I have my doubts that Thailand can handle the cooling chain from production line to the  hospitals, clinics and doctors.

I agree for Pfizer Biontech. Not set up except for maybe Bangkok.

Astra Zeneca  was designed for country like Thailand. Already do it with other vaccines so  possible but they will have to go slow and require  rural people to visit town clinic to get vaccine.  Moderna not as temperature sensitive so maybe can use for other big cities that have airport that can take courier jet delivery

Thailand only ordered the Astra Zeneca vaccine I believe.   Maybe they wait to see how Chinese vaccine goes in Egypt and Bahrain or how Russia vaccine goes with Palestine who take delivery this week.

Stop, just stop ok.

It's a well know fact that allergic people could develop reactions to the vaccine and in the same article:

"The ministry added that the doctor has a history of allergic reactions"

and here we go...

Thailand to get China’s Sinovac Biotech Covid-19 vaccine next month   (reported by  the Thethaiger)

Sinovac has been approved for emergency use in high-risk groups in China since July. It is being tested in Brazil and Turkey and they can now add test data from Thailand. However, researchers in Brazil have stated the vaccine was more than 50% effective - but they withheld full results, raising questions about transparency.

Confirmed.

These are Sinovac from China.

Target is to vaccinate 50% of Thai population by end of 2021 using multiple vaccines.

If only 50% of population by end of 2021........there likely will be no mass tourism in 2021.......borders remain shut until at least November perhaps ?

I just hope that after I get the jab, I don't have an erection for 36 hours.

If you're immune system is floppy then no chance.
