Usb Memory Devices

I have a selection of publications - all original copyrighted material.

....a couple books and another couple audio books on mp3 format.

I'd like to market/distribute them on USB (a CD can't handle the file sizes).

Is there a source for USB devices within Thailand that might offer a small quantity discount? (let's say 50 to 100 devices to start). Also; does anyone have experience marketing with this method? Perhaps DVD format would make better business sense.

p.s. I thought of importing USB devises, because all electronic/computer items are cheaper in the States, but am concerned that Thai customs might get involved and would possibly charge an exhorberant customs duty (200% of retail value is not unheard of) - after all, it's easy to take advantage of an importer, when the goods are at the Thai airport's Customs Dept. - and it's a matter of paying a very high duty fee or having the shipment to returned or confiscated.
