The new CCTV project, expected to be completed by March, is part of moves to prevent crimes in the capital. In London you can be tracked everywhere. They have facial recognition and gait recognition, so if you hide your face you can be recognised by the way you walk, if you are in the database. Furthermore, you can be tracked almost all over the country too. Yes, Big Brother is watching you, and everybody else !!

Emdog
"Also, officers can monitor the new cameras via their phones or monitors set up in their station." Always enjoy their sense of humor. "Can" and "will" are very different words, ya know?
Stargeezr
Yes unless Thailand learns that maintenance is also needed, they should stick to the cheap cameras, as the life expectancy will not be long. Thieves will be taking liberties as they continue to get poorer and more desperate. Geezer
