There’s actually a pretty glaring omission in this report. There’s no indication that Noppol is receiving any psychiatric assessment or counselling after what was clearly an attempted suicide. Without proper intervention, the risk of a repeat incident is obviously still there. This isn’t just a traffic case, it’s a mental‑health crisis, and ignoring that part doesn’t help anyone, including the public who share the roads with him.
