i am having stomach issues.

i get pain when i cough, sneeze or blow my nose.

i have a history of epigastric hernias.

first surgery in 1989 in the usa. patch placed.

second and third operation at the same hospital with the same doctor in Thailand.

dec. 2014 and dec. 2016. do not want to say what hospital as it may create an issue.

felt i was overcharged in 2016 as it was over 300,000.00baht and 2014 60,000baht.

not much faith in the hospital or doctor.

what would the average cost of this surgery be.

i am definatly not going to use the same hospital or doctor.

Prices have gone up here since your last surgery and IF you need another hernia repair, it will cost you probably over 300k in a top tier private hospital. Maybe as little as 150k in a noin profit private hospital. Around 50k in a ghovernment hospital...these are just approximations.

 

However If the hernia had recurred you'd see it so likely your symptoms are not due to it (though could be due to adhesions from the prior ops).
