Can anyone recommend a good pain doctor to prescribe and monitor low dose 5-10mg to start) Amitriptyline?
 

I assume it’s not available OTC here right?

It is available OTC. It does not require a prescription.

 

That said, if you are in enough pain to be needing it you are well advised to get under the care of a pain specialist. Where in Thailand are you?
