DHL - How's this for service ?

Khon Kaen DHL / IONIC
7kg box of hair products e.g. shampoo / conditioner etc.
19th March 11am arrived UK address 22 March am.

Shipping costs up about 4 - 5% over July last year.
Last years shipment took 5 days.

Why post hair products from Thailand to UK ?  Because the specific ones are not available in UK other than by companies like Amazon ( who often don't have stock and, even with shipping costs it is still 20 - 30% cheaper.

"How is it"?  Perfectly normal delivery time for a courier company.  That's the whole idea of using them.

Cost me 20% import duty using DHL from EU, not mentioned by the seller

He mentioned in a previous topic about this that the cost including duty it was still a money saving propect by comparison. (Apparently)

I used them to USA long time to arrive should of used FedEx or ups
