BANGKOK, March 29 (TNA) – The first Thai female education minister announced three main policies.

Newly appointed Education Minister Trinuch Thienthong entered her ministry for the first time today and announced the three important policies that she would immediately implement.

Miss Trinuch, also an MP from the coalition-core Palang Pracharath Party, said she would promote safety at schools, provide people’s access to digital resources and knowledge and campaign for vocational education.

that ministry has to be the lowest performing of all 35 of them; this one all talk, talk, talk

You could put a Gorilla in charge; even a Zombie and either would probably do a job equal to what 'Miss' will do....just watch nothing change !

start with abolishing the non-fail policy. That will make the students start to learn. all the other things are B*****s***t.  Next make states exams to check the teacher if they are capable of their jobs. To many failed students says something about the teacher. Good teacher Good students bad teacher bad performing students......

Setting the bar extremely low with just those 3 'policies', only one of which had much to do with education.

All  fluff an  bunnies,  just  look at the  photo, the most important thing for Thais is Presentation, anything else is  irrelevant.

Make the kids learn and not take it for granted that they will all pass might make a difference Hang on I am just talking to a brick wall Nothing will change

Absoloute Nonsense.

When you teach Thai students, you will better understand.

Teacher that tries too hard - troublemaker

Teacher that dresses nice & looks young - good teacher

Here endeth the lesson.

But the elite will be happy of no future challengers on the horizon..

The education system will remain where it has always been, under the foot of the masters.
