Using 2 different browsers (chrome and firefox) , these websites no longer accommodate On-Line reporting. I am due to report on April 27th, so I am applying within the 15 day protocol.  

 

Has On-Line reporting been shut down permanently?

Immigrations extranet has been down for about 2 months now.

You have a choice of doing it in person or by mail.

There have been many topics about it. As said above the last few pages of the pinned topic has lots of posts about it.
