BANGKOK (NNT) - The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) will suspend regular services at 50 Bangkok district offices on Saturdays until the Covid-19 situation eases.

According to BMA Permanent Secretary Silapasuay Raweesangsoon’s order, district offices are required to suspend services every Saturday, except for reports of births and deaths.

District offices have to suspend Bangkok Express and Mobile Services, and use the BMAQ smartphone application to reduce crowding in offices.

All district offices have to follow the Public Health Ministry’s measures to contain the spread of Covid-19, and allow no more than 30 immigrants a day to use services at district offices on weekdays, from 4pm to 6pm.
